  • What is a mortgage broker ?
Mortgage brokers act as advocates for consumers during the process of selecting a home loan, assisting homebuyers in pre-qualifying, choosing a loan, and completing necessary mortgage paperwork. They guide you through the process of purchasing a new home, making an investment, or refinancing until the transaction is finalized smoothly. By collaborating with banks, financial institutions, and private lenders, mortgage brokers provide consumers with a wide array of home loan options to find the most suitable one for their requirements. Consumers can gain valuable insights from a mortgage broker to guide them through the complex home loan lending process. At ESP Finance we are dedicated to locating a cost-effective home loan that aligns with the consumer's financial goals and dreams. Our goal is to simplify the mortgage process, save our clients time and money, and ensure they secure the best possible terms for their mortgage loan.
  • Do i have to pay a mortgage broker ?
We do not charge any fees for our services. We receive a commission from the lender you select, a fee that is fully disclosed to you upfront (government and lender fees and charges may apply). Initially, your Mortgage Broker will present our Credit Guide, outlining our general remuneration. Once you choose us to facilitate your financing, we will provide our Credit Proposal Disclosure document, specifying the exact amount your lender will pay us post loan settlement. Our recommendations are centered on what is best for the borrower and are independent of our compensation. Ensuring our clients' satisfaction is our top priority as we primarily rely on their feedback and referrals to sustain our business.
  • Why should i use a mortgage broker when i can go to a bank?
When discussing a 'loan product,' we are referring to the numerous options currently accessible to you. Each bank or lender offers a variety of loan choices such as low doc, package loans, re-draw facilities, plant and equipment loans, fixed, interest only, interest in advance, variable, and introductory variable loans. The challenge for you as a consumer is determining which loan suits your needs best. This is where a mortgage broker plays a vital role. If you approach a bank directly, you will only be presented with loan options from that particular lender. As your mortgage broker, we handle all the groundwork on your behalf. With knowledge of multiple lenders and their loan products, our primary goal is to identify the most suitable loan for you.
