Initially, your Mortgage Broker will present our Credit Guide, outlining our general remuneration. Once you choose us to facilitate your financing, we will provide our Credit Proposal Disclosure document, specifying the exact amount your lender will pay us post loan settlement. Our recommendations are centered on what is best for the borrower and are independent of our compensation. Ensuring our clients' satisfaction is our top priority as we primarily rely on their feedback and referrals to sustain our business.
